Business enquiries
When you use the enquiry form, the name, company, email, project details, collaboration type, optional budget and timeline you submit are stored in a private inbox so Water can consider and respond to your enquiry. Do not include payment details, passwords or sensitive personal information. Website enquiries are eligible for deletion after 180 days; cleanup runs when the enquiry service or owner inbox is used. Related email correspondence follows the practices of the email provider.
Anonymous activity counts
Water records daily aggregate counts of page visits and actions such as Amazon clicks, category selections, support and membership links, YouTube links and form outcomes. These counts do not contain visitor IDs, names, email addresses, search terms or cross-site browsing histories. They do not establish unique visitor totals or completed payments.
Activity counting uses no analytics cookies. You can turn it off in Privacy choices; that preference is saved only in your browser’s local storage. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected. Received enquiries may still be counted as a business record.
Security and hosting
The hosting infrastructure processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP addresses and request logs. For abuse prevention, the application uses a salted, rotating hash of the requesting IP address in short-lived rate-limit records, not the raw address. Records expire after two hours and are cleared during routine service use. Form challenges expire after one hour. Only the authorized owner can access the enquiry inbox and content controls.
External services
Amazon links take you to Amazon. Its cookies, purchase processing and privacy practices apply there. The Buy Me a Coffee widget is not loaded until you choose to open it. Opening it connects your browser to Buy Me a Coffee and its providers; their cookies and payment practices apply. Buy Me a Coffee and its payment providers, including Stripe, handle contributions and memberships. This website never collects or stores payment-card, bank or payout details.
YouTube links open YouTube; no YouTube tracking embed is loaded on this site. External services have their own terms and privacy notices, which you should review.
Your choices
You may contact the business email to ask about access to or deletion of your enquiry information, subject to any applicable obligations. This site does not sell enquiry information or use it to enroll you in a mailing list. Please do not submit children's personal information through the business form.
